Also this week, the enactment of Act 54 from House Bill 1421 provides for an additional $5 million to provide grants to municipalities for installation and maintenance of traffic signal technologies. PennDOT will be developing guidelines for this program, including the timeline for the application period. Updates will be posted on the Traffic Signal Portal.
