PennDOT will be accepting applications for the 2023 Automated Red Light Enforcement (ARLE) Funding Program from June 1st through June 30th, 2023. Applications must be submitted electronically through the DCED Single Application for Assistance at https://www.esa.dced.state.pa.us/Login.aspx.
A pre-application scoping form is required prior to submitting an application. Scoping forms should be submitted via email to ARLE@pa.gov. The completed and reviewed scoping form must be uploaded as an attachment to the formal application submission. Although the scoping forms were due on April 30, 2023, PennDOT will try to accomodate additional submissions through the application period. However, we cannot guarantee being able to review late scoping submissions in a timely manner, and the application deadline of June 30, 2023 will not be extended.
As of June 1, 2023, PennDOT has reviewed all scoping forms which have been submitted and returned comments to the applicant. If you submitted a scoping form and did not receive the comments, please contact us at ARLE@pa.gov.
